Information we collect
When you request founding access, we collect the email address you submit, the BuiltRides signup source, and the date and time of the request.
To keep automated abuse out of the waitlist, our security and hosting providers may process limited network, device, and request information. This can include an IP address and a security-verification token.

We use this information to:
- Manage the BuiltRides founding-access list.
- Send beta invitations and relevant launch updates.
- Respond to questions about access or privacy.
- Protect the form, site, and waitlist from misuse.
- Maintain and improve the reliability of the launchpad.

Retention and your choices
We keep founding-access records while the beta program is active and for a reasonable period afterward for operational and recordkeeping purposes. We may retain limited information longer when required for security, legal, or compliance needs.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist record, or opt out of future launch updates, by emailing us. We will process reasonable requests after verifying that they concern your information.

Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect waitlist information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
The founding beta is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through this form.

Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as BuiltRides develops. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
